After booking, a confirmation will be emailed to you. Please ensure you read over the confirmation carefully. Glossy invitations and unfilled party bags are available to collect from the venue. Please let us know if you require invitations and/or party bags.

The Common Car Park offers free parking for up to 3 hours, provided a ticket is displayed. For more details, visit: Welwyn Hatfield Council – The Common Car Park. This car park is a 60 second walk away from our venue.
Parking is also available at The Galleria and Asda Hatfield. The Galleria car park is a 15 minute walk away. Asda car park is a two minute walk away. Both are pay & display.

This package includes exclusive use of the Laser Quest arena and party zone. Please note this does not grant exclusive use of the venue. Other members of the public will have access to the waiting areas and toilet facilities.
Our premium package provides you with exclusive use of the arena, meaning you can bring up to 30 players and it will only be your group playing during game sessions – no one else!
